Liposuction vs Gastric Bypass Surgery
Surgery, the way to a new you. Being thin is one of the most important things in society these days. Nothing is better than loosing a few pounds. Just the feeling alone is worth it. It's always an incredible feeling. At last, it's never enough. Loosing just a few pounds is rarely what people want. Most people need a lot more than that. Loosing the weight doesn't always mean looking thinner. Even though there is a change, we are disappointed when we see such a small result. So people resort to surgery. One of the most popular surgeries out there is the gastric bypass surgery. Getting your stomach stapled, or reducing the volume of your stomach some how. This surgery is quite dangerous. Not only is the surgery dangerous, but also afterwards. Keeping the diet, and exercising. Not eating the way you're use to. Basically starving yourself. Not only that, but the weight alone makes it hard to work out. Having to lift your own weight and everything, having all that bulge in your way, making it harder to move.

A person that weighs 95 pounds not only just has to Carry 95 pounds to run, but a person weighing 200 pounds, has to carry an extra 105 pounds while they run. There fore, making it harder, and making that person get tired faster. So if you're willing to go through all this, why not try and diet. I know it's hard and it's been really hard before, but with this surgery it's different. Not only do you now have to diet, but you also have to deal with paying for the surgery, and suffering through the recovery from surgery. Plus also there's no way you can mess up your diet, cause if you eat to much, you can end up bursting your stomach. If you're going to decide to go through it, then just go ahead, and get a 1500 Ada diet.

It will help you loose your weight gradually, and it will work. You will starve some, but it won't be as bad. Also, messing up your diet won't hurt you as much. Also if you want to do a real drastic weight change diet, just go for a renal dialysis diet. It's one of the hardest diets, and believe me, you will lose weight. The one thing about gastric bypass surgery, you will not only loose weight, but you will improve your overall health. The other alternative to weight loss surgery, is liposuction. This surgery doesn't require you to starve, but it also doesn't improve your health any.

So your cholesterol stays the same. So why would you choose this. Well for one thing, you won't have to starve, but you will have to diet. You will also have to exercise, but not having to carry all that extra weight. Also you will have the instant gratification of seeing the weight not be there anymore. How great is that. Of course you will have to go through the post surgery recovery, but it's a small price to pay. However the best way to do it is to change your eating style, and just follow the guidelines of my previous post. So liposuction, gastric bypass surgery, or new eating lifestyle, you decide.

What you should know about diets.

Many people plan diets all the time, but don’t actually loose weight. So then why isn’t everyone on one, why don’t the people that you’ve seen on diets look like they have lost weight? Well there are many reasons. One good reason is the lies that people that sell this diets give. Others are that we get them from friends that aren’t qualified to give us a good diet. Also they seem too hard, and we just quit. We get on diets to look and feel healthy. We mainly want to loose weight, but we quit too soon, or the weight comes back, why does this happen?
Well let’s see. First we have to consider the fact that diets are gimmicky. Most people want to sell you something to make you think their diet works. They want to keep you satisfied and coming back. So then what happens? Well the fact is that they don’t care if the diet works, of if you loose weight. They only care about making money. In fact they hope the weight comes back, so you do too. Also some of the diets that do work leave you malnourish, and expose you to health dangers. Not eating healthy will drop your immune system, and leave you open to other complications like depression.

So if the ones that are sold to us do not work what about the diets that my good friend told me about. Well, the reason these don’t work is that they do not really know enough about how the human body works to be giving diets out. The human body was designed to live a repetitive life with little change. Humans are creatures of repetition, we constantly settle into a routine, and vary our life vaguely. Our ability to change our routine depends on our ability to adapt. So we only change every once in a while. We may have bad eating habits, but it is what our body is used to, and though eating healthier foods would be better for us, we don’t take into account the fact that our body is thoroughly used to our eating habits. The healthy thing to do would be to replace a small portion of our food to a healthier one, and move on from there.
Last but not least, we get to the point when we do not seem to be loosing weight, or it is just to hard, cravings set in. Well, if I take all the fat off my diet, I should loose weight right? Wrong, you would not end up loosing weight. Your body will notice the missing fat, and begin to save every ounce of fat it has left for dear life. It will burn protein and muscle instead. Also it will make you crave fat causing you to give in, and since your body will refuse to burn fat, that fat will then be stored. We got to remember how smart our body is, and its ability to keep things the way it wants them. This is why you must only get diets from a doctor, who knows how to trick your body into changing.
So at last we see why most diets are both ineffective, and dangerous. Most people do not go the right way. They never consult a doctor, and they do not know exactly what they are doing. We need to remember to do things right, mainly eat the same food, but space it out. This will keep your body happy, and in tune. Also it will give it enough time to properly metabolize the food, and it will raise your metabolic rate. This and replacing one or too of the foods with healthier foods will make the perfect diet.

What you should know about coughs.

So what is the purpose of coughing? Coughing is a reflex that helps clear up the lungs. It is important to clear up the lungs. The lungs are the bodies most essential organ. They supply the body with oxygen, and keep you alive. In an event of an emergency the lungs have priority over any organ, including the heart. The body will stop every other organ before the brain heart and lungs, if blood supply is less than adequate. Coughing stops anything from entering the lungs, and expels any foreign bodies that should not be in there.
Coughing can be caused by foreign bodies like dust, fluid in the lungs, including puss, and excess mucus. It can also be caused by an irritation, and swelling of the trachea. There can also be a healing area on the breathing tubes. When there is a foreign body or fluid in the lungs, coughing is essential to get it out. Without it the lungs would fill with fluid, or dust would irritate the lungs to where function would decrease significantly with time. Also when fluid in the lungs builds up, there can also be bacteria growth. Bacteria grow rapidly in such conditions, so it is important to keep the fluid in the lungs minimal.

So what is the best thing to do in such conditions? Well if the cough is caused by a foreign body, or fluid it is important to let the lungs cough and expel it. There may be some ways to help it like increasing humidity, or a nebulizer treatment, which thing out the mucus, or attract the foreign bodies, and let them be expelled. Taking deep breaths before a cough can make the cough more productive by expanding the lungs and letting them expel air at a better rate. It also helps reach down to the bottom of the lungs where fluid may have started to settle down. Decongestants may help with post nasal drip, entering the lungs. If bacteria are the problem, like pneumonia, an antibiotic may be given to help defeat the disease.
So while coughs are an obviously essential part for survival, there may always not be the best solution. If the cough is not productive, the cough may just cause irritation. This coughs may be suppressed. Other wise coughing is a great reflex, though sometimes hurtful, and annoying. We must let it pass, and do its job. The best way to know how to determine what the cough is for is seeing whether the cough is productive, or you know there is a foreign body. The doctors is the best person to tell you what is wrong, but realize that there are many different solutions, so do not always expect an antibiotic. I hope thins has been useful, and informative thank you.
