Paypal was as I thought one of the safest websites out there.  They seemed a pretty good way to do transactions online.  Unfortunately, I found out the hard way, they are not half as good as once thought.  Someone scammed me out of some merchandice, and when it came to protect me, paypal only covered their ass, and ran.  So if you deside to try and use paypal, be ware of their loopholes, and rules.  They are very good at covering themselves, and leaving you to fend for yourself.

This here is paypal, and it's the best way to exchange money through the internet.  They have secure money transactions, However, you must make sure to read all the rules, because they will leave you high and dry in a second.  They have many loopholes, that protect them, and may leave you screwed out of alot of money.  Also they charge for just about everything, so whatch out.  Check it out, you'll probably want an account with them.
