Dismissed DWI part 1. Arrested for broken tail light

As most of you know, I got arrested for a DWI last year, 2 days before St. Patricks Day.  Well here is the story  I, my friend Kraig, and two of my fraternity brothers, Paco and Blanka, went to Bennigans for a drink.   We were there for a while, and Paco had to get up early in the morning for work.  So he took off around 11pm.  Which sucks, because he would have never let me drive home like that.  Mean while me and my buddy Kraig, decided that we didnt want to go home yet.  Since Bennigans closes at 12, we decided to go to Kaffs, and drink there.   Well Kaffs was dead, and sucked, so I did the only thing I could do in this situation.  Get wasted.  Not only did Kaffs suck, but while we were at Kaffs, someone ran into the right side (passenger side), of my car.  I being buzzed, and it being dark, of course didnt notice this.  I mean it would even be easy to miss in clear daylight, and completely sober.  So I went on to take Kraig home.  I drove all the way from Kaffs to Bronc Village without a problem.  After dropping off Kraig, who looked like he was about to pass out, I decided to go home.  So I take 281, which is weird, because I never take 281, I always take Jackson.  Even then, when I do take 281, I take 83, and get off on
Jackson Rd.

So I decide to take 281, and get off on Cage, which is a big mistake, because Cage is always crawling with Pharr PD, and as most people know, Pharr PD are Ass Holes.  So I go on taking Cage, and a cop starts tail gating me.  We go on a couple of miles, and pissed off, I decide to park my car, and get that stupid cop of my tail.  Well I put on the right blinker, but since the front side of the car was crashed, and the front blinking light gone, it starts blinking all weird.  So the Cop pulls me over for a broken tail light.  He asks me for my insurance and license pretty calm like, but once he smells the alcohol, he gets all dick and everything.   Well he does the pen light test on me, and I pass.  He then tries to do the field sobriety tests, but I tell him I dont have the balance to do those tests, so he tells me that I have to go to the court house for a breathalyzer test.  My friend Paco had advised me not to blow, because if you dont, then they dont really have any evidence against you.  So I refused the test, and have to spend the night in the courthouse.  Well this is pretty much how it happened.  You can read on the next if you like, I will talk about what happened in the courthouse and county.  I want to thank my lawyer for helping me out, and my friend Paco, who told me not to blow.  If you need a lawyer, this one was pretty good, got my case dismissed.

Incase you can't read the number, it's (956)-682-3451
